Who I Work With

I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing a range of emotional and life challenges, including:

• Stress and overwhelm
• Anxiety and persistent worry
• Trauma and difficult life experiences
• Depression and emotional numbness
• Burnout and compassion fatigue
• Life transitions and adjustment challenges
• Parenting-related stress

I also welcome first responders and public safety professionals seeking support for the unique challenges that come with serving others. Whether you're coping with the effects of chronic stress, critical incidents, or the emotional demands of your profession, therapy can provide a confidential space to process those experiences.

My practice offers a warm, trauma-informed environment where clients can develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing.

In addition, I provide counseling for first responders and public safety professionals who are navigating the emotional toll of high-stress, high-responsibility work environments, addressing issues like burnout, chronic stress, and exposure to traumatic experiences.

Approach

A trauma-informed, supportive approach to healing

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that emphasizes safety, collaboration, and emotional understanding for both adults and children. Therapy is not about 'fixing' you — it’s about creating space to understand your experiences, build coping tools, and move toward greater stability and clarity at your own pace. Whether through in-person sessions or telehealth, I integrate evidence-based techniques with a focus on real-life application, helping clients navigate stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm in a practical and supportive way, especially for first responders who may face unique challenges.
